Haa Dzongkhag warmly welcomes Dasho Sonam Tobgye as the new Dasho Dzongdag. His Majesty the King granted dhar to Dasho on 13th December 2025, appointing him as Dzongdag of Haa Dzongkhag.
Dasho served as Director at the Cabinet Secretariat prior to this appointment. With his vast experience and professional competence, the Dzongkhag looks forward to work under Dasho’s leadership in reaching greater heights. May your tenure be marked by greatness and success la Dasho.
