DESCRIPTION:The two-day second Rongtse Nye Festival started today. The inau
 gural one was launched by Hon. Prime Minister last year.\n\nThe Festival w
 as graced by Hon. Dago Tsheringla as the Chief Guest today.\n\nThe Festiva
 l has been initiated for unlocking the economic and cultural potential of 
 Sangbaykha Dungkhag.\n\nThe cultural event will be an annual feature which
  will be held around the time of the annual Rongtse Nye Tshechu which is b
 eing held on the 10th day of the 10th Bhutanese month every year.\n\nThe h
 ighlight of day's program included a Nublang show\, a initiative that was 
 pursued by the Dzongkhag Livestock Sector with technical support of the Na
 tional Biodiversity Centre.\n\nThe Festival has started to become as a pla
 tform for launching local livestock and agriculture produce\, an event for
  cultural entertainment\, community bonding\, and a popular event for tour
 ist attraction.\n\nThe Dzongkhag Administration takes this opportunity to 
 thank our sponsors\; namely\, the Department of Tourism\, Bhutan for finan
 cial support under ESP\, Department of Media\, Creative Industry &amp\; In
