The 3-day Haa Spring Festival kicked off in style at Yangthang ground today. His Excellency Lyonpo Gyem Tshering, Minister of MoENR, graced the opening ceremony.
Many other dignitaries joined the festivities, including MPs, National Council members, and local government representatives. Public, visitors, and even tourists enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere.
