* The revised waste offences and fine schedule shall supersede the offences and fine schedule under Annexure VII of the Waste Prevention & Regulation 2012 and offences under section 56 of the Waste Prevention and Management (Amendment) Regulation 2016.
* The Revised Penalty and Fine Schedule for waste-related Offenses including the incentive and reward strategy will come into effect from the 15" ofDecember 2022.
