Ms Sonam Yangchen joins the Dzongkhag Administration as a new ICT Technical Associate. On her arrival, she met with Dzongdag and she was fully briefed on key activities of the ICT section and outlined the expectations and deliverables.
The Dzongkhag Administration extends a very warm welcome to Ms Sonam and looks forward to improved ICT services.
