In keeping with the directives of the Royal Government of Bhutan, Haa Dzongkhag Administration formally handed over all the six Gewog Center roads under Haa Dzongkhag to the Department of Surface Transport, Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, today.
The Department of Surface Transport shall be responsible for planning, budgeting, construction and maintenance of all Gewog Center roads under the Dzongkhag.
