The Food Security and Agriculture Productivity Project - FSAPP has provided 74 sets of women-friendly mini-power tillers in Haa Dzongkhag. These tillers are specifically designed for easy operation by women, effectively mitigating labor shortages.
With project assistance , farmers were distributed with these machines through a cost-sharing modality, with the project funding 50% of the total cost. This initiative expands access to modern tools for farmers, enhancing agricultural practices for improved efficiency and sustainability.
