𝐀𝐥𝐥 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐤 𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐇𝐚𝐚 𝐚 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐞𝐫 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡-𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐥𝐲-𝐟𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧!

In a remarkable show of community spirit, 2114 individuals from the Judiciary, RBA, RBP, JKSNR, schools, businesses, gewogs/communities, regional offices, and Dzongkhag Administration came together for a massive cleanup of the Haa Chhu, covering a 27 km stretch from Damthang to Longchu. All streams and drains flowing into the river were also cleaned.

The Dzongkhag Administration extends its heartfelt appreciation to everyone who contributed their time and effort to this important initiative, especially as we mark the World Water Day today.

Together, we are building cleaner rivers & streams, a healthier environment and a promising future for Haa.
