Haa Dzongkhag Administration, alongside our Local Government leaders, the Haa Dzongkhag Court, Haa Hospital, and all regional and corporate offices gathered with hearts full of mixed emotions. We are here to celebrate the legacy and bid farewell as Dasho embarks on a new journey.
For exactly 3 years, 8 months, and 3 weeks, Dasho was the guiding light of Haa. During this tenure, Dasho brought not only his vast knowledge and administrative expertise but also a visionary approach that has significantly accelerated the development of the Dzongkhag. Dasho’s leadership has touched every sector, from the administration to the grassroots level, leaving an indelible mark on the community.
While it is difficult to part with a leader of his caliber, we take immense pride in his transfer to Samtse Dzongkhag. We see this move to a larger Dzongkhag not just as a transfer, but as a testament to his capability in his leadership.
On behalf of every official and citizen of Haa, we convey our sincere prayers and best wishes. May the Kencho Sum bless him with good health, happiness, and continued success in his new place of posting.
