Haa Dzongkhag joined the nation in celebrating the joyous occasion of the 70th Birth Anniversary of His Majesty the Fourth Druk Gyalpo with profound love, devotion, and gratitude. Thousands of people, including the business community, Local Government members, regional offices, civil servants, teachers, students, and the general public, came together to mark this momentous day.
The celebration featured vibrant cultural performances by Dzongkhag dancers, students, civil servants, and the public, along with sacred mask dances that added grandeur and spiritual significance to the event.
A Guard of Honour was presented by the Royal Bhutan Police and De-Suups, paying heartfelt tribute to His Majesty’s unparalleled service and leadership.
The day was filled with joy, unity, and national pride, a true reflection of the deep reverence the people of Haa and everyone who took part hold for His Majesty.
The celebration concluded with a community luncheon (Tokha), symbolizing togetherness and collective gratitude.
