Haa Dzongkhag Administration onboarded four newly regularized Community Center Operators as civil servants and one warden today, marking an important milestone in strengthening public service delivery at the grassroots.
The onboarding session highlighted their vital role as frontline staff, the actual foot soldiers serving His Majesty the King, the country, and the people, guided by core values of integrity, empathy, professionalism, and innovation.
The Operators committed to enhancing efficiency and accountability through clearly defined scope of their work, turnaround times, and periodic citizen satisfaction surveys. Emphasis was placed on accuracy, professionalism, and continuous community engagement. Plans were also discussed to introduce an Annual Best Operator Award, while regular coordination workshops with stakeholders and capacity development trainings will be provided to sustain excellence.
As the first point of contact for many rural citizens, Community Centers remain as symbols of access, trust, and service. With renewed commitment, the Dzongkhag looks forward to transforming these centers into hubs of innovation and people-centered service delivery.
