The Dzongkhag Administration, Haa formally hosted the Royal Civil Service Award Ceremony for 2025, utilizing this distinguished platform to recognize and honor the exemplary dedication and service of its civil servants. A total of 51 recipients from various professional groups were present to receive their honors, which included the presentation of a khadar (traditional scarf) by Dasho Dzongdag, followed by service medals and certificates officially conferred by Dasho Dzongdag. The recipients were categorized based on their tenure: three received the Gold Medal for 30 years of service, nine were awarded the Silver Medal for 20 years of service, and Nine received the Bronze Medal for 10 years of service. Additionally, 32 civil servants were recognized through promotion.
