The 13th Five-Year Plan Mid-Term Review of Haa Dzongkhag was conducted on 1 March 2026. The session was chaired by the Hon’ble Prime Minister and continued by the Hon’ble Minister for Energy and Natural Resources, who serves as the Minister-in-Charge of Haa Dzongkhag.
The review was attended by the Deputy Chairperson of the National Council, the RCSC Commissioner, the Director General and team from OCASC, officials from the Ministry of Finance, as well as the Gups and sectoral and regional heads of Haa Dzongkhag.
The mid-term review discussions included an overview of the Dzongkhag plan, followed by status of budget and implementation of activities, key achievements, challenges, recommendations, and new proposals specific to the Dzongkhag Administration, Gewogs, and Throm.
