Eusu Gewog centre is located 5 kms away from the Dzongkhag head quarter at an altitude of 2521-4076 meters above sea level with an area of 66.459 sq.kms. The Gewog shares boarder with Paro Dzongkhag in the East, Bji Gewog in the west, Katsho Gewog in the north and Samar Gewog in the south. The Gewog has 5 Chiwogs and 11 villages with 255 households. The total population is 1907 as per the present statistics of the Gewog. The Gewog has RNR Office and Community Centre office. The Gewog also has a Lower Secondary School and a Veterinary hospital. People of Eusu Gewog avail health services from Bali BHU which is located 5 km away from the Gewog centre and it falls under Katsho Gewog. The Gewog has 6 Government owned Lhakhangs, 3 community Lhakhangs and a private Lhakhang.
The Gewog Administration Office and the CC is connected with internet and provides both online and offline services.
The Meri-Puensum [(the three small mountains that rise up sharply to the west from the floor of Haa valley)/the manifest of the three principal deities – Jampelyang (Manjushri), Chana Dorji (Vajrapani) and Chenrezig (Avalokiteshvara)] and the two sacred temples, Lhakhang Karpo and Nagpo are also located in Eusu Gewog.
The Gewog is connected with B-Mobile & T-Cell network services with 3G internet services in some of the places. All the households are electrified and have access to safe drinking water through rural water supply scheme. There are 6 forest groups, poultry and a dairy group. All the villages are connected with farm road.
