The third day of the FAM Trip took 20 Bhutanese tour operators to the breathtaking Tergo La Pass, situated at an elevation of 3,800 metres above sea level, where they embarked on a 4.5-km hike along the Red Panda Trail.
Traversing through dense alpine forests, the trail passes through the key habitat of the elusive Red Panda, offering visitors an immersive experience in one of Bhutan’s most pristine natural ecosystems. Along the route, participants were delighted by the vibrant Red Poppies blooming in the wild.
The Red Panda Trail embodies the spirit of “Haa: Lay Mi Layโ, an untouched destination where breathtaking scenery, rich biodiversity, and sustainable eco-tourism come together.
