As Haa Dzongkhag gears up for the official launch of its branding as a distinctive destination, local government leaders, sector heads, RBP and JKSNR came together to form dedicated, time-bound task forces. These task forces are mandated to develop comprehensive and actionable strategies focused on effective waste management and strict enforcement of regulations, including โsmoking in designated areas onlyโ and the prevention of tobacco and alcohol sales to minors.
The task forces will submit their proposed strategies to the Dzongkhag Tshogdu in the coming days.
