The Dzongkhag Administration, in collaboration with the Royal Bhutan Police and Desuung, officially commenced a five-day Search and Rescue (SAR) Refresher Course. The training aims to enhance preparedness, technical skills, and coordination of first responders, for effective and timely response during emergencies and disaster situations.
