Haa Dzongkhag had the honour of welcoming the Hon’ble Lyonpo of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Employment, along with officials from the Ministry and the Cabinet Secretariat, for a consultation on Business Regulatory Reforms. The meeting brought together over 100 plus business community from the Dzongkhag.
During the consultation, Haa Dzongkhag Administration presented its economic development initiatives and highlighted key regulatory challenges affecting local businesses, while proposing practical measures to improve the ease of doing business. The interactive dialogue covered tourism reforms, the Economic Stimulus Programme (ESP), support for the hospitality sector, entertainment business regulations, and broader regulatory improvements.
The Hon’ble Lyonpo reaffirmed the Royal Governmentโs commitment to creating a transparent, efficient, and business-friendly environment.
