The Dzongkhag Administration, RENEW CSC Haa , members of MSTF and CBSS solemnly observed the 63rd Birth Anniversary of Her Royal Highness Gyalyum Sangay Choden Wangchuck and commemorated the 22nd Foundation Day of RENEW at Lhakhang Karpo.
