A team from ICIMOD, along with officials from DLGDM, MoIT, and MoF, visited Haa Dzongkhag and presented the selected implementation plan for the Nature-Based Solution initiative in the Haa Chu Basin to the Dzongkhag officials. The meeting focused on establishing a sustainability mechanism and defining stakeholder roles for the long-term maintenance of the project. The team also presented the scope of work, budget, and implementation timeline. In addition, consultation meetings were conducted with direct beneficiaries to gather feedback and strengthen community participation in the project implementation process
