Haa Dzongkhag Administration had the honor of welcoming the Hon’ble Chairperson of the National Council of Bhutan on his visit to Haa Dzongkhag. His Excellency’s presence brought immense encouragement and inspiration to all through H.E’s personal and meaningfully engagement with local government leaders, sector heads and regional officials.
During the visit, the Dzongkhag Administration presented the progress report of the 13th five year plan along with the budget outlook for 2026–2027. Hon’ble Chairperson’s insightful guidance and thoughtful reflections clearly conveyed the National Council’s unwavering commitment to transparent governance, inclusive development and the well-being of the people.
