All civil servants, including teachers, and LG members under Haa Dzongkhag participated in a 4-day Driglam Namzha training that was provided by the Department of Culture and Dzongkha Development from 10-14 September 2024 in collaboration with the Dzongkhag Administration. Some 340 civil servants and LG members took part in the training.
The training was provided to ensure uniform application of Driglam Namzha, while also instilling in a deep sense of appreciation for the national etiquettes and cultural values.
The Dzongkhag Administration extends gratitude to the Department of Culture and Dzongkha Development for the opportunity, and to all our civil servants and LG members for their active participation.
