Haa Dzongkhag Sports Association (HDSA) is pleased to announce to the general public that Haa Monsoon Football Tournament will be held at the end of July. The invitation was formally sent and will be conducted among the civil servants of 20 Dzongkhags and 4 Thromdes. This notice will be a general information to all the public.
The Haa Monsoon Football Tournament unites Bhutanese civil servants through competitive play, promoting health, camaraderie, and tourism in the picturesque Haa Dzongkhag.
