The Dzongkhag administration, regional officials, and local government leaders met to review the recently concluded Haa Spring Festival. The meeting took note of the key achievements, identified implementation challenges and discussed some of the lessons learned. The primary objective of the meeting was to make next yearโs festival more meaningful in sync with the Dzongkhagโs unique identity Haa Lay Mi Lay.
A feedback survey was conducted immediately after the festival among all stakeholders, including the public, to inform improvements and ensure the festival continues to grow in impact and relevance.
