Today, we held a staff coordination meeting where all staff members had the opportunity to openly share their views, ideas, and challenges. The meeting encouraged better communication, teamwork, and mutual understanding among the staff, while providing a platform to discuss ways to improve our work and coordination. Following the meeting, we enjoyed a potluck lunch together, creating a warm and enjoyable atmosphere that strengthened our bond and team spirit.
