The National Commission for Women and Children, in partnership with EU Technical Assistance and Bhutan Centre for Media and Democracy, is implementing the Womenโs Leadership Development Program to strengthen inclusive and representative leadership at the local government level.
A total of 21 women from civil service, local government, and communities of Haa Dzongkhag are participating in the program, which will be conducted in phases through December 2026.
