The Moelam Chenmo was first introduced in the country by His Holiness the Kyabje Rinpoche upon the request of late Dasho Nob Gyeltshen (father of Honโble Prime Minister), Dasho Norbu Tshering, and Ap Desang Dorji. Today, as we celebrate the Silver Jubilee of the Moelam Chenmo in Haa, His Holiness made special recognition to the founding members.
